Reconciliation Week 2025

June 03, 2025/ Erin Bartleton

May 26-30th at school was Reconciliation Week at school where year levels discussed different ways we could show reconcilliation between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and other Australians.
Year levels completed a variety of activities, including some incredible artworks made by the Year 2 students using leaves they found around the school.

We would like to acknowledge the Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation, who are the traditional custodians of the land on which Wheelers Hill Primary School rests.

We pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging, for they hold the memories, the traditions, the cultures and hopes of Aboriginal Australia.
