ENROLMENT WITHIN SCHOOL ZONE

Please complete the below Enrolment Form and submit it to the school together with a copy of your childs birth certificate, Immunisation Certificate and any Visa details that are relevant. We also require proof of residence such as a signed rental agreement, utility bill or current drivers licence.

ENROLMENT OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL ZONE

Please note that families outside of our school zone are still welcome to submit a Prep Enrolment Form, however, our school may only accept enrolments outside our local area if places are available. We will assess these applications on a case by case basis.

Please note that no decisions will be made about out of zone Enrolments before mid 2020.
